Custom-built management training courses for SPIE's managerial posts.

The Management School offers all the courses in management as well as the language training offered to the Group's employees.

It covers 10 spheres of managerial expertise: Diversity, Management and Contractual Matters, Languages, Business Management, Site Management, Staff Management and Development, Promotion to Managerial Posts, and an Integration Seminar.

Each course is made to measure, with the participation of trainers with good knowledge of the Group, so as to handle management problems at SPIE in the best possible way.
