Training courses for all Group trades

The SPIE Training Centre designs and conducts training programmes for all Group trades and staff to foster the development of occupational and interpersonal skills.

The centre offers a variety of topics, including management and safety, and provides a forum for sharing experiences and acquiring practical knowledge and work methods. Trainees also learn management tools that reflect SPIE’s values, culture and strategy.

Tailor-made courses for specific needs

Each course is designed by Training Centre staff in coordination with the Human Resources department based on the needs expressed by line and staff managers.

The courses are taught by internal and external instructors who are experts in their fields.
