Training

We view training as a key driver of company performance and a source of motivation and fulfilment for all employees.

The company and its employees can only move forward by continually adapting to markets, customers and economic, technological and social trends.

Training is the main tool to adapt or enhance the competences of our employees throughout their professional career and to contribute fully to the development of their operational entity.

Our goal :

  •   Recognise our staff as a source of value to the company
  •   Enhance the skills of employees in strategic and changing occupations
  •   Pass on common values and methods
  •   Strengthen skill networks

This involves implementing training plans established at the operational-unit level, and based on each subsidiary's strategic and action plans.

The SPIE Skills Development Centre (SDC) is one of the avenues through which our training plans are implemented, allowing operational units to access training pathways which are adapted to their needs and delivered by :

The Technology Institute offers technical courses reflecting evolutions in our strategic professions, or in future professions. The contect of these couses can be found on the SDC web site.

The management school offers courses aimed at developing our employees managerial skills.

Do not hesitate to contact your local Human Resources Department for full details on the training process within your unit.

They can also provide you with details on specific training options and schemes (training rights, training leave, skills assessment...).
