I have been with SPIE Matthew Hall since leaving school at 16. I completed the structured professional trainee programme during which time I obtained an ONC and HNC qualification. After this four year period the company sponsored me to attend Reading University full time, leading to me obtaining a BEng (Hons) degree. SPIE Matthew Hall will support you with your academic studies to the highest level, they are also a company that promotes within and my progression within the company is of testament to that.
