  • Job description To carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and extra works in accordance with contract requirements for all M&E Building Services. There will be a particular emphasis on HV switching, heating & ventilation and Building Services equipment. The successful candidate will have previous experience working on a critical site like a data centre, HV Authorised Person with 17th Ed.
