To keep on growing, SPIE Oil & Gas Services always needs new talents and is currently looking for the Expertise Business Unit a : Planning/Cost Control Engineer M/F Project: The project scope covers the overall process management of the product cycle from importation from Europe starting at the transfer system from the boat coming from Europe to the onshore installation based in Angola up to the product injection though the injection lines. The injection modules will be installed on a FPSO, offshore Angola. The goal of the PROJECT Basic Design is to: Develop and select the technical solutions to be enhanced by the future EPC contractor Launch the call for tender for the EPC contractor Identify the LLI and assist the client in placing the order. Qualification of the equipment (HP pumps diaphragm type, mobiles mixers) Job description: Follow the execution of the project to ensure that the project is completed within approved cost, schedule. and technical scope, Ensures that effective project management systems, cost controls and milestone schedules are developed, documented and implemented to assess project performance, Represents the project in interactions with subcontractors. Participates in management meetings with COMPANY and communicates project status and issues. Prepares and provides recommendations Variation Orders to the PM. Manages the interface and coordination of requirements with subconctractors. Based in France with travels to Angola.
Profile The main management Team will be based in France and a construction team based at Luanda. You are graduated in control project/cost control with an experience of at least 5 in a similar position necessarily in Oil & Gas projects. You use MS Project. Your adaptability, your discipline and your relationship will help us to succeed in this function. You are fluent in English. SPIE Oil & Gas Services promotes diversity.
