The Group's Board of Directors has appointed Gauthier Louette Chairman and Chief Executive Office of SPIE as from January 1st, 2010.

Following the retirement of SPIE's Chairman, Jean Monville, on 31 December 2009, the Group's Board of Directors has appointed Gauthier Louette as Chairman and CEO in its meeting held on 18 December.
