To develop new maintenance and service business opportunities, generate new customers and negotiate contracts with clients that ultimately lead to increased turnover and profitable income for the business.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
Generate new client business and sell to these customers’ new service and maintenance contracts that generate new profitable income for the business.
Achieve set/agreed targets for the products and services of SPIE Matthew Hall.
Accurately estimate new contracts to ensure a profitable return on all new business with close attention to SPIE Matthew Hall commercial tendering policies and procedures.
Working within a given area act as the representative for SPIE Matthew Hall, visiting and calling customers to ensure the highest standards of customer service and customer care. Provide information on all customer contacts.
Maintain a close working relationship with Operations, ensuring cohesion in any new business venture.
Maintain a good knowledge of the industry and local business opportunities to ensure effective promotion and local exposure for SPIE Matthew Hall.
Carry out any reasonable tasks required by line management in a manner that is conducive to good business practice.
