Job Purpose :

To liaise with Estates manager and the Trust’s customers, providing them with a quality service that meets the agreed contract performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

  • Liaison and control of site management/supervision, to confirm that they are complying with the Company’s policies and procedures, which include but are not limited to Health & Safety/Quality Assurance /British Standards/NHS standards and UK codes of practice.

  • The provision of technical support to the contract whether it be M&E, Building Fabric, Landscaping, Pest Control and/or project works.

  • Seek continuous improvement on the delivery of the service to the customer, which includes:

    • Staff management and motivation
    • Supply Chain management
    • Health, Safety and securityFinancial performance of contract
    • Client liaison and satisfaction
    • Evaluation of workloads against staffing requiremen
    • Training needs of the Contract personnel

  • Establish Contract specific local procedures which will include emergency and escalation processes, as necessary in the delivery of the service.

  • Manage and set firm financial targets to meet established objectives, which will include the reporting of the financial status to the General, Operations and Commercial Managers.
