SPIE pays special attention to the induction of young people. A number of programmes are in place to introduce you to the Group and - we hope - encourage you to apply successfully for your first job with us.
Fast tracking: our internship, apprenticeship, professional traineeship as well as International Exchange Programme (V.I.E) opportunities
Would you like to find out more about our organisation and add a new dimension to your training? We regularly make internship, apprenticeship, professional traineeship and International Exchange (V.I.E) opportunities available to young people already in education or receiving training, as well as to graduates. We do this to help you become more independent as a result of receiving expert support tailored to your level of knowledge and personal career plans. You can apply online via our website. You may then be invited to attend an interview with our HR services, followed up by a second interview with the departmental manager or operating unit manager concerned.

Contact points: our ambassadors
What better way to get to know us than with a face-to-face meeting? Please don't hesitate to chat to our ambassadors in your secondary school, university or engineering school, or at a careers fair. As Group employees working in operational or corporate functions roles, they can tell you everything you need to know about SPIE, what it does and the career opportunities it offers. As well as telling you about their own jobs, they can also talk to you about career development opportunities at SPIE.
Revealing talent: our academic partnerships
As part of working more closely with students, SPIE has close working relationships with graduate schools offering courses in its core business areas. These initiatives give us the opportunity to meet you and help you in building your personal career plan and revealing your talents to help you secure your first job as easily as possible.
