Job Purpose :

To work as part of a team to deliver elements of the project scope/ packages within time, quality and budget and to work with Clients to produce a relationship that results in repeat business.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities : 
 

• Ability to sequence and programme works, utilising different programme types.
  
  
• Production of pre-construction programmes, construction programmes, commissioning programmes and have an understanding of interfaces and co-ordination with other disciplines and contractors.
  
  
• Be capable of managing sub-contractors and the production of Invitations to Tender and evaluation of returned tenders.
  
  
• Establishing scope of work, specifications, programmes and cost control of sub-contracted works.
  
  
• Understanding of the contract and contract conditions and obligations.
  
  
• Have an understanding of current Building Regulations, Codes of Practice and Legislative Requirements.
  
  
• Work with the Quantity Surveyor to produce the costs on any variations.
