As well as piping,we also do other jobs that the subcontractor didn't do, or didn't have time for. Yet we do a lot of piping too. I'll handle the welding.

In this job, there are many details one needs to know. Welding and fitting the parts...There's lots to do.

You also need to know about tubing. It'll come in handy for building my own house.

There's a very friendly atmosphere, we're well organised. You can feel the mutual respect between the boss and us.

In the basement, Fabian and Yanis meet with a subcontractor.
We oversee the subcontractors.

We bring the equipment and show them what to do. If they have problems they come to see us and we solve them. Today, I'm practically a team manager.
I manage the teams, allocate the work... Plan in hand, I tell the guys what zones to do.

When I showed my girlfriend the site, she said:
- "Wow! It's impressive!"
That makes you feel really good.

Starting out, I wanted to be a team manager before 25 and site manager before 30. I'm now 22. I hope to become a team manager next year, both in terms of salary and responsibility.

And after that, my ambition is to become a site manager.
